Here is a 1-minute video showing about 10 lbs. of specialty coffee in the cooling tray. Through trial and error, and experimentation, we learn how that particular coffee wants to be roasted. We are looking for the sweet spot in that bean. Coffees from different regions, farms, and plant varieties have subtle but distinct differences in flavor, aroma, body, and finish. Through the craft of coffee roasting, we roast each coffee so that its full potential is realized.
