You want to cool it fast. This goes from roast temp to room temp in less than 15 seconds and removes the chaff. The roast looks a bit uneven. Actually it is quite even and is a light roast — just until first crack is over. Roaster is propane, homemade powered by a Tormek. Cooler is a wood shop dust collector. Roast time is 13-16 minutes with 32 ounces by volume of greens.
