Sweet. I just bought a french press last night after my sister brought me home some Ritual coffee from San Francisco. This video saved my morning. Yum!

For those who drink coffee on ice, I can recommend, using French press same way, just using cold water and letting it sit overnight in the fridge. Press it down in the morning and pour it over ice. The result and very smooth and flavorful “brew”
I only do a French Press. His video is spot on, but I do it a little differently.
When I fill the kettle with water, I grind the beans. Once the kettle boils, I pour in the water, then stir it with a chop stick (I keep a lot of them for cooking – doesn’t mar stainless steel). Then I put on the blunger… and take a shower. 10 minutes later I plunge it slowly… and have a good cup of coffee to start the day. The grounds are great in the composter too.

Yes, you are correct. Just use a little more grounds than you normally would.
i tried it, the cold coffee will not taste acidic at all, therefore Sugar is unnecessary. Pour and go in the morning.
